My thoughts are that our loved ones were/and still are in our lives to help us on our journey We have so much to learn and experience and when someone crosses over all we can do is think that we would rather be with them
angelina_diana But their life and love is the reason why we MUST go on and balancing the loss and wanting signs is hard, but when we do that we will understand their place in our life
The pull of the Physical world is so strong that we sometimes forget to stop, take a deep breath, and appreciate the wonderment...that we are still breathing.
angelina_diana Breath is the first thing we need to do when we feel a question in our heart. That question can be

angelina_diana How can I hear from you?
angelina_diana So when you are having one of those moments you can not face the physical world,-find a moment to breath - even close your eyes and ask questions that feel like they are coming from your heart.
angelina_diana Facing the physical world is hard when you are missing......but taking a moment to reconnect to your grief can actually bring you closer to your loved ones on the otherside
angelina_diana) Think of a moment when you had that tinge of sadness of missing them. Did you ever think it is them tugging on your heart to get your attention???
angelina_diana I know it is a hard concept but we are such physical , brain functioning people that we can so easily get caught up in the missing and MISS that they are trying to reach us.
angelina_diana(P) So the first thing I want you to remember is Breath...breath...breath.....When you have calmed yourself...pay attention..you will be surprised with the communication

angelina_diana I know that is hard when you have lost someone but coming from a place of appreciation that they where in your life and they did love you will help you to honor them
angelina_diana Once you understand the appreciation factor, you can turn that into a way to honor them. Honoring your loved ones will raise their vibrational energy on the otherside and give you a way to remember them and that combination is a wonderful recipe to get signs.
angelina_diana Next is listening to silence and grounding your self
angelina_diana When you wake up, try to have your first thought be about the fact that you....woke up Say " I have another day to be here. Thank you"
angelina_diana Do a self check on how you feel
angelina_diana Clear yourself of negativity , fear and procrastination. ( Your spirit doesn’t live there)

angelina_diana Picture your Day Ask yourself Is my day filled with actions and people that honor the higher good and my goals.

angelina_diana If you cannot see positive mirrors in your life. Do not be discouraged, those that you see as negatives are wonderful teachers that in time with bring you growth and understanding about yourself.
angelina_diana Ask yourself, what is it that you need to shift in your life to change the energy around you. Instead of complaining about the negative around you , try to see how you can learn from it. After you do this , you will feel a cleansing within your self that will help you see and feel your spirit.
angelina_diana Once you feel clean and clear of you thoughts for the day, You can ask spirit to protect you and send you love and support
angelina_diana Imagine if you started your day feeling protected, with a clarity that is protected and in tune with your loved ones..once you get hit with the negative energy of the outside world...it would be clear to you ..it doesn’t belong to you!

angelina_diana A "Process" has a beginning a middle and an end.....right? Does Grieving...NO.....Grieving just changes but it is always there
angelina_diana I have learned one word when I have felt the darkness of loss.....
angelina_diana Surrender to it. Honor it get it out of your system when you feel it
angelina_diana So if we take the pressure off of us and say that I am sad and I will honor it , then we can spend the days we feel "better" building out relationship with those ont eh other side
angelina_diana My sister called me yesterday to ask me if Animals are on the otherside
angelina_diana Sadly , her cat of 10 years was struck and killed
angelina_diana Before I could answer her, she told me of a story of her remaining living cat
angelina_diana She sad her living cat "Honey" crawled in to bed with just and tapped her on the face, just like her cat Cupcake used to do.
angelina_diana She felt that was quite a coincidence
angelina_diana For some reason , she did not see that as a sign
angelina_diana It proves to me , and hopefully to you, that sometimes we are so far deep into grieving that we do see them saying hello to us. We are so in the "Missing them physically" that we miss them "Spiritually"
angelina_diana So , make a date with your self to cry for them , to miss them even do something in your physical life to honor them, then make a date with them to connect to them spiritually
angelina_diana Do you day dream?
angelina_diana) I feel daydreaming is a great way to reach your loved ones!
angelina_diana To me, Daydreaming is a form of meditation
angelina_diana How many times have you caught yourself daydreaming and you were going on an adventure with your loved ones on the otherside
angelina_diana I feel they can pull us into a daydream and spend time with us
angelina_diana Dreams are also a great way to contact them
angelina_diana I know half of you are saying "I do not remember my dreams"..

angelina_diana Please bring a pad of paper and a pen to bed and try this experiment tonight
angelina_diana Pose one question to your loved one tonight right before you nod of to sleep. Ask them to send you a sign , or a hug , a kiss or even a phrase. Then when you wake up write down everything you remember, even if it is just one word
angelina_diana Then, in the Morning, ask them to send you a reminder of what your dreamt about
angelina_diana IF you keep your journal you will find that after a week it will be filled with mini messages and /or signs of your loved ones connecting your dreams and your physical life.
angelina_diana It takes practice but with a lot of patience and always with Love, there is always a chance for connection
angelina_diana One common question I get and I am sure Joanne get this too is.. How do I know it’s a sign?
angelina_diana Well when you get an inkling that your loved one might have sent you a sing, First thank them for the fact that they may be trying to reach you. It takes an incredible amount of energy to send a sign.
angelina_diana Ask yourself why would they want to reach me on this date, is it significant to them or personalized to me in any way.
angelina_diana Consider asking for another sign to back it up.

angelina_diana After you receive a possible sign, write them down and see if there is a true personal connection to you. See if there is a running theme with how they connect with you.
angelina_diana Know that they want to connect to you and we as physical beings want them to do all the work
angelina_diana I remember when my mom was in the hospital dying of cancer
angelina_diana I remember asking her to send me all these signs. The look on my moms face was of astonishment. After my long list of requests , my mom took a beat and said. That a nice long list of requests but what are you going to send me!
angelina_diana My mom was so wise....Why need to send them love, a hopeful wish that they are well, etc
angelina_diana) My mom loved my pasta sauce, which I found such a compliment because se was such a great cook. So when I miss her I will go into the kitchen and make a pot of "gravy" for her.
angelina_diana When My mom was still in the physical , she would bake a cake for her Mom on her birthday.
angelina_diana Honoring them this way is sending them messages too.
angelina_diana So be kind to yourself, try to find way to honor them through your loss.

angelina_diana(A) I believe that our loved ones stay connected to us and do send us signs. We need to be aware of their energy to receive them. IE There are radio waves all around us but until we have the antenna ( spelling?) of the radio on we cannot hear the songs.....

angelina_diana(A) Hi Becca. Many people do report seeing their loved ones at the foot of their beds. That is usually after a dream state. SO I believe by understanding dreams, meditating and daydreaming we can see them.
Justin(Q) Hello, I lost my wife after only a short marriage due to cancer. I have asked for signs, but not had any real responses that I know of. Does she have any message for me or do you have any advice as far as communication? Thank you for your time and I really enjoy these chat groups.
angelina_diana(A) Hi Justin I have a feeling your wife wants to thank you for the flowers and she is proud of the way you are handing the children. She seems to hear you when you are in the shower. She shows me a radio in the shower and jokes about your bad singing. She did have quite a sense of humor. She also said that she know you are proud of the way she fought her illness and wants you to hang up her holiday lights I hope this makes sense. She appreciates your strength now.

angelina_diana(A) YES I believe sending scents and smells is a way they get a hold of us We have 5 psychic Senses Here's a brief explanation of the types of psychic ability:
Clar is French meaning Clear
Clairvoyance (clear-seeing) Seeing images like a day dream in your head. Your guides or the otherside can send you symbols, objects, and scenes that play in your mind's eye. They can appear like a movie or a they can flash as image. The scene can be both literal or in your frame of reference. Also includes seeing colors auras, symbols. Takes place in the 3rd eye chakra located in the middle of the forehead. Remote viewing also takes place in the 3rd eye chakra and can be considered a form of Clairvoyance.
Clairaudience (clear-hearing) Hearing a word or phrase in your head. This can include music. The sound is usual in your own thoughts. Similar to what is referred as Mind noise. That little voice in your head that says "gee did I turn that iron off?" The locations for this sense are on each side of the head, just above the ears. angelina_diana(A) I do not believe that we can take away energy from a spirit. I feel they are intact just as they are when they were in the physical. for example..If you did not want to do something that I asked you to do ...you just wouldn’t do it. I feel spirit has an intention just like we do.

angelina_diana(A) Hi barbara I feel a creative flow with you. Almost going into real estate, buying ads and decorating. So either you are just buying a new home or that is your intention with career. I feel you have just learned a very valuable lesson in patience and had a disappointment about 6 months ago, please remember the lessons from that as that happened to teach you strength and communication. Joanne(Q) my wife logged me on tonight...Tonight is the 1 year anniversary of my Mom's very short but very violent battle with cancer. my wife see's signs from my mom all the time, but I do not....is she not talking to me or am I missing them all???
angelina_diana(A) I feel that you might have had a different way your communicated with your Mom. She makes me feel that you are a right brained kinda a person. Things are either black or white and you have a hard time sleeping. She makes me feel that she is visiting you in your dreams. Please look for the graduation picture? Or some picture where someone is getting an award. She claims that there is an orb or a message there for you, I hope this helps
Gloria(Q) I would like to know if my mom is still around me. Can she hear my prayers when I speak with her? Is there anything that she would like me to know? I really miss her.
angelina_diana(A) Gloria , I am sorry for your loss. I to believe that Prayers are a form of communication and a straight pathway to your mom. She does hear them. Mom makes me feel like you had some That is a difficult thing medical decisions to make for her She is thanking the family for that. She is showing me a camper . She is very remembering a time before she past . she references the 3 girls in the family .She wants you to have great holiday and to remember her pie recipe that was handed down from her family I hope this helps "Just get some rest dear" is what I am hearing from her. angelina_diana(A) I feel right away. I have had an experience where I was reading someone and a spirit came through, the person getting the reading did not understand it, later they found out that person passed during the reading.

angelina_diana(A) He is proud of the way you are taking on his Common sense approach with things. He comes to me very math orientated. He wants you to be careful with your spending . He takes a credit card and shreds it. She says you are sleeping with his shirts and cannot part with one that he wore all the time??? Either he says you teased him about this one shirt that he would not get rid of. He gives me a feeling of impact to the chest and my head hurts. Did he have headaches in life? He has a very strong energy that is a difficult think exterior but the heart of a dear. You says he is doing okay but doesn’t want you to think that he stays in the house. He says he follows you around the house and to the store. Did you buy him steak the other night and cook it??? I am smelling steak! He loved to eat. angelina_diana(A) Great question! By taking the scarey part and realizing that part is just a reflection of your physical life. I feel we have 3 kinds of dreams physical life dreams, visits from guides/ otherside and combination dreams. When we have a dream from a loved one and it scary , it is a combination dream...we are visiting them but them we let our physical life get in the way

angelina_diana(A) Trixie "hello" I think that maybe you might be feeling your guides. Also we are all a part of a soul group. You could be feeling grandparents or great uncles you have never met. The best thing to know is that they wont hurt you and they are with you to guide you and protect you. I love it when I sense a new guide. I will daydream ( meditate) and ask them to send me a symbol in my dreams or waking hours. Sometimes I will know that I have a problem in my life and feel a guide and sense that they are in my path to help me. Bottom line when you ask for help and help comes to you in a kewl way ...know it is the otherside helping you.

Although there are some great books by Brain Weiss that talk about twin souls ...I still feel we spend time here on this earth plain to learn and bring our work to the otherside to complete our work. angelina_diana(A) Hi Beverly I am sorry for your loss. I believe that there is redemption for every one on the otherside I feel that loved ones who have lived a troubled life are embraced by the light even more...don’t they need it more. I DO NOT ( screaming not intended) subscribe to the belief that those who take their life are send to a darker place. That just doesn’t make sense to me.
jahlife(Q) Three yrs ago in Aug. 04 my brother was murdered. After his passing I could smell his cologne in my home. I once got up and seen the kids big ball on the foot of their bed when they were sleeping. I miss him very much and feel alone now because I have no real contact with the rest of my family. Could you let him know that he is loved and missed by me?
angelina_diana(A) Hi Jahlife I am sorry for your loss. I feel our loved ones know how we feel because they have a telepathic connection to us because of the bond of love we share. So your brother knows you miss him and love him.
