To validate the messages (say yes or no) during a reading

Should ALWAYS maintain a healthy amount of appropriate skepticism. Remain SKEPTICAL UNTIL valid information is put forward

Will be informed so they can recognize the difference between a professional Metaphysical Practitioner or someone who is just using a cold reading technique on them. Please check out Scams for more information.

Should consider not giving out personal information to the Metaphysical Practitioner. Doing so will cheat the sitter and the Medium from delivering that message.

Should consider being open to ANYONE one that comes through. The otherside and your guides may have arranged this reading for you to pass along information for someone else.

Can ask questions about how a Metaphysical Practitioner works.

Realizes that messages coming through can be in the medium's frame of reference but there must be validating information within that message.

Will not rely on a Metaphysical Practitioner too often. Understand that seeking a psychic or psychic medium is not a cure all for grief.

Will empower themselves by understanding that they have free will. A gift that no Metaphysical Practitioner should take away from you during a reading.

To have a basic understanding of how a legitimate Metaphysical Practitioner works to protect yourself from being scammed. Doing this will also enhance your own intuition!

Will consider writing down information and/or recording the session to fully understand the messages that came through. Note some practitioner do have issues of recording devices interfering with their ability to read.
