A Practitioner studies the Movement of the planets through the constellations to determine and predict human characteristics, tendencies and events. Note: They might need to ask you when you were born including your date and birthtime. Astrologers are one of the few practitioners that might have to ask you for information because they base their information on charts of how the planets have lined up or will be lining up.
