I create my schedule for my clients and it is based on my clients needs. My booking policy may read to be strict but its actually to insure that my schedule is booked efficiently. I want to be as available as I can so I can help, however, I do not want to overbook. Overbooking or seeing too many clients back to back would have an impact on my accuracy.    If you see an opening that fits, I suggest booking it as it may not be there the next day because I had to block it off as a cushion as not over tax my energy. So when you shift a reading or cancel, you are having a big impact on my schedule and  on other readings.

Prepayment is expected before every group (deposit) and private session (full amount) unless you have made other arrangements.

6-CASH payment

You have up to two weeks before your  appointment to reschedule. If you do not know when you want to reschedule, you can use the amount as a credit towards the same service for up to 6 months. To use it as a credit, you must let us know two weeks before your appointment date.
 If you can not make that date that you originally reserved, you can transfer the session to someone else. 
If you are late for your session, forget, don't show,  your payment will not be refunded. If you realize that you forgot about your appointment during your appointment window, are late , stuck in traffic, you will be offered to use the remaining time in your session window for the reading on the phone or video chat.  
Payments for sessions  are not refundable.  But if you need Prepayment is needed before your session. If you plan to use an APP like CASH APP or want to send a check. Please email us  Cash payment are reserved for established Clients. 
Angelina takes cash ONLY   if pre-arranged before your reading day or if you email us and state you are bringing cash. Angelina can now take your CC over the phone or you can prepay during the booking process online. 
Applies to all booked appointments including Raffle Winners & Gift Certificates. 
Phone and Video Chat  readings. You must call Angelina at your appointed time.
( Please see complete instructions for Phone/Video Chats in your confirmation email. When you call, this sets the intention that you want a reading, If you do not call Angelina, it counts as a missed appointment and you lose your payment.  If you have tech issues, Text Angelina 860-729-9641 right away. This will show your intention to keep the reading and we will find a solution to connect. 
If you do not text that you are having issues,  this will be counted as a missed appointment and you will of offered to have the reading in the remaining time of your scheduled session or to reschedule. 
 If you feel you will be late for your appointment , you must Call or Text the office at 860 -729-9641. You will have the choice of taking the remaining time left in your appointment. You can reschedule but there is an additional   $175.  You will not be refunded your  original payment
​You can change your appointment up to 2 weeks prior to your scheduled time. Please email us to arrange a new time. 
Under certain situations, snow storms, personal situation or acts go God, a credit will be refunded to be used for another session.
