WORRY
Is based on something that has not happened
GRIEF
Is like an ocean wave. It has its horrible moments but in time it is manageable. Not easy but manageable
REGRET
Is the way the mind creates protective walls so as not to repeat something that caused you pain. However, it's not based on the reality of what you are living now.
