Cancellation Policy
Appointment Communication Policy I meditate and prepare before every reading, so timely communication is essential. Need to reschedule? Please text me before your appointment begins—even if it is only 5 or 10 minutes beforehand. With advance communication, I will gladly transfer your payment to one rescheduled appointment. Running late? Please text me before your scheduled start time. If you are no more than five minutes late, we can proceed, but the session will still end at its originally scheduled time. More than five minutes late? If you contact me before the appointment begins, I will allow one reschedule. No communication/no-show: Once the appointment time has begun without any communication, the session is considered missed. The payment is forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred. One-time rescheduling: Payments may be transferred only once. Missing the rescheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the payment. All appointments are nonrefundable once the time has been reserved. If I must cancel your appointment, you may choose either a full refund or a new appointment date.
