Cancellation Policy
Angelina's goal is to be available for those in need. This means she must balance her work schedule and not be overbooked. So we ask that you give us a notice if you need to change your appointment. We respectfully ask for 48 hours notice for you to reschedule your session. We of course understand if an emergency should happen last minute. to avoid losing your payment, please text (860) 729-9641 asap. No shows result in a loss of payment if no call, advance notice or text before your appointment is made. Missed appointments or late arrivals If you forget about your appointment, there is a loss of payment. If you are running late for an office appointment, you have an opportunity to do a videochat call from where you are. Please communicate if you are running late, as soon as you know, so we can. see if Angelina can still fit you in her schedule. You will have an opportunity to use the remaining time of your session or pay a late arrival fee of $100 to reschedule the full time. Thank you for your understanding.
